De Kuyper Blackberry is created using extracts of premium blackberries and infusing them in pure alcohol. Brandy and sugar are added to enhance the blend which is then left to marry for several weeks to achieve the rich, full blackberry flavour. Other more traditional blackberry flavoured liqueurs are often referred to as “crème de mûre”.
