To produce their Apricot Brandy, De Kuyper use only top quality ripe apricots are sliced and macerated in pure neutral alcohol to extract their flavour and colour. Natural herb essences, brandy and sugar are added to intensify the flavours, creating a drink that is intensely fruity, with a butterscotch sweetness.
